Once the assignment is approved, the company sends the loan package through its approved secure portal. Do not send sensitive documents through ordinary email or this website.
Identity verification & signing
The signer completes the platform-required identity verification and credential checks, then reviews and signs the paperwork in the remote session. A failed verification means the session cannot proceed.
Completed documents returned
After completion and quality review, the signed documents are returned through the agreed secure channel. Same-business-day return by 6:00 PM is the target for timely, complete, accepted assignments.

Can every loan closing be completed remotely?
No. Each transaction must be reviewed for Virginia RON eligibility and approval by the lender, title or settlement company, and any applicable underwriter.
Can individuals request an appointment?
Yes. Individuals and business clients can submit a request for an eligible remote notarization or loan-signing appointment. Loan transactions still require any applicable lender, title, settlement, and platform approvals.
How are loan documents delivered?
Companies should use their approved secure document portal. Sensitive loan packages and borrower identity documents should not be submitted through a general website contact form.
When is an appointment confirmed?
A request is not a confirmed appointment. Prime Class Notary confirms only after reviewing the assignment and agreeing on availability and terms.
When will completed documents be returned?
Our target is same-business-day return before 6:00 PM for accepted assignments when complete documents arrive in time, the signer is available, identity verification succeeds, and the approved platform and secure portal are functioning. Delays or exceptions are communicated to the company.
How is signer identity checked?
Identity verification and required credential checks are completed through the approved remote notarization platform. The signing proceeds only after the required checks are successfully completed.
